Photos and Journals from a Wandering Soul
Most of my life had been spent on the shorline in Connecticut. I moved to New Hampshire in the early '90s and thoroughly enjoyed it there. The views of the White Mountains are incredible and seemed to be different every day. I owned a motel for a short period of time, then worked at a lovely inn in the mountains for a few years. The picture above is a view from the home I had in New Hampshire.
I had never given any thought of traveling full-time. A friend and I started discussing it and many, many conversations later I was ready to make my move. I researched full time RV living online and searched for a motor home that would be the best fit for me.
I had no idea where I was going to go or how long I would stay on the road. It seemed like the best thing for me to do was just take off and see where the roads took me. I had signed onto a 'workamping' website and hoped to get jobs along the way.

In the beginning
Well, I've done it! After a lot of research and the help of friends, I very recently purchased this Class A motor home. Now I'm committed. No turning back! But I still don't have a definite schedule.
Last fall I decided that it was time to create a new adventure for myself. I am getting everything in place and I'll be heading out to live and work on the road. It is a long process getting organized for this new adventure. It seems that every time I solve one issue another two appear. But it's been an exciting time so far.
